This client represents a typical "Stewardship" client. Our work often spans many years and focuses on the overall care and preservation of a facility as incidental projects and alterations are conceived.

Work includes large and small projects, but all work is initiated from the point of view of long term care and responsibility. Thus all proposals for improvements or alterations are habitually "run by" the architect for review to ensure consistency, integrity and durability.

Small projects require careful oversight, as these are most often the projects that degrade critical aesthetic and functional features of historic or significant properties.
