Jacob Furlong is an Architect and Urban Designer whose emphasis has been on Single-Client Multi-Project Program and Project Management. He believes in seeing projects all the way from conception through realization. By engaging a project for its entire duration, he can fully understand the client's requests and motivations better than consultants who limit themselves to only handling a specialized scope. He has experience in programming, logistics, bidding, contract negotiations, construction management, and commissioning. With hands-on construction experience he also brings strong technical skills to both the drawing board and the field.
His experience includes coordination and oversight of multiple Engineers, Architects, Users, Stakeholders and Owner Representatives to establish and maintain client goals and standards.
